Course Format & Technical Requirements
This live, four-part workshop is delivered virtually, allowing you to learn and engage with peers from the comfort of your workspace. Each interactive session runs from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET and is hosted on Zoom, making it easy to join and participate wherever you are.

Technical Requirements:
To ensure a smooth learning experience, please make sure you have the following:

• A stable internet connection for uninterrupted streaming
  
• A computer with audio and video capabilities (optional but recommended for interaction)
• Access to Zoom (you can download the app or join via web browser)
• Ensure you've updated your Zoom to the latest version
