LTEN Earns Bronze in 2026 Association Trends All Media Contest for 2025 Hall of Fame Tribute Video

Award-winning video honored five Hall of Fame inductees and helped open LTEN's inaugural Excellence Awards Gala & Dinner

ROANOKE, VA — The Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) has received a Bronze award in the 2026 Association Trends All Media Contest in the Best Commemoration/Tribute category for its 2025 LTEN Hall of Fame Inductee Tribute Video, a moving piece created to celebrate the leaders whose contributions have helped shape LTEN and the profession of life sciences learning and development.

The tribute video debuted at the opening of LTEN’s first-ever Excellence Awards Gala, helping set the tone for an evening dedicated to honoring excellence, leadership and lasting impact across the LTEN community. The video recognized the 2025 LTEN Hall of Fame inductees: Dawn Brehm, David Fortanbary, Ian Kelly, Michelle O’Connor and John Sjovall

Created in partnership with RelaTV Media, the tribute combined thoughtful storytelling with personal reflections from LTEN board members who shared meaningful connections and firsthand perspectives on the honorees. LTEN’s submission noted that each featured voice was chosen because of an authentic relationship to the inductee they honored, adding warmth, depth and credibility to the final piece.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because the video was created to celebrate people whose impact on LTEN and our profession cannot be overstated,” said Lauren Harbert, LTEN Executive Director. “We wanted to honor these leaders in a way that felt personal, heartfelt and worthy of their legacy. We’re grateful to the Association Trends judges and to our creative partner for helping bring that vision to life.”

The tribute was designed not only to commemorate extraordinary leaders, but also to reinforce LTEN’s mission to connect, empower and celebrate the people who elevate learning across the life sciences industry. The final production preserved the legacy of the honorees while setting a powerful standard for how LTEN recognizes excellence within its community.

The inductees honored in the video represent decades of leadership, service and advocacy for life sciences learning professionals. Their contributions include board leadership, conference programming, volunteer service, thought leadership, mentoring and long-standing support of LTEN’s growth and mission.

LTEN extends its thanks to RelaTV Media and to all who contributed their voices, stories and care to this special project.
